Q: How do I know when jobs are available?
A: You can search for positions here. If you do not see a position that you are interested in, you can create a search agent once you have set up your account. Based on the criteria you set, you will receive an email once positions are posted.
Q: I have forgotten my password to login. What do I do?
A: Click on the “Forgot Password” hyperlink under the login. The email address you have on file will receive an email with prompts to reset your password.
Q: I tried logging into my account and I received an error message stating my account is temporarily locked. What do I do?
A: Please contact our HR Service Center at 1-833-475-6937, and one of our HR Representatives will assist you with a reset.
Q: What can I expect once I apply for job at Lowe’s?
A: After you apply, you can review the status of your application from any computer. To do so, please follow these steps:

Q: How long does it take to become eligible for benefits?
A: Full- and part-time employees have 30 days to enroll and benefits are effective the first of the month following 30 days of service.
